Ali spent close to 2 decades as a network TV producer, predominantly for CBS News. She has produced everything from breaking news to politics to entertainment to human interest and everything in between. Ali has worked side by side with some of the major network news anchors of our time and spent countless days on the road covering many of the groundbreaking news stories of the past 20 years.

After starting a family and moving from NYC to the suburbs, Ali dove into her entrepreneurial side and started a personalized gift business, a company that showcased women owned businesses, and consulted with various other start-ups. As the mom of two teenage girls, Ali is entering the thick of the college world, and she wants to help college-goers and their families navigate this overwhelming process. Ali is an “ideas machine” and brings her storytelling background to The College Corner/The College Corner Registry.

Ali has a BA from The University of Maryland and a Law Degree from Brooklyn Law School. She lives in Westport, CT with her husband Peter, 2 girls Emme & Kylie, and 2 furry friends Bode & Ozzie. When she is not chauffeuring her kids to and from soccer practice she is running by the beach or skiing in Colorado.

Suzi has built a career as a business consultant, working with three of the original Big 5 accounting firms and specializing in process design, business strategy, and customer experience. With a background in marketing and a talent for combining creativity with strategic thinking, she has consistently delivered impactful solutions throughout her professional journey.

In 2023, Suzi channeled her professional background into her lifelong passion for art to develop Suzokiart, her business, creating hand-painted originals, custom canvas prints and accessories inspired by personal milestones. When her two children entered high school, she shifted her focus to the college market—a move that led her to meet Ali and become part of The College Corner team in its earliest stages. With a keen eye for design and strategic vision, she plays a pivotal role in helping to shape the marketplace into a resource that serves both students and families with exceptional experiences.

Suzi holds an MBA from the University of Miami and an undergraduate degree in business and marketing from Tulane University. Based in Miami, she lives with her husband, Doug, their two children, Bella and Miles, and their foxhound, Lance. She finds inspiration in every aspect of her work and family life, balancing her entrepreneurial pursuits with her roles as a mother and creative thinker.
